Howard Taylor, PhD serves as a SAMHSA (formerly NIDA) laboratory inspector (Team Leader) on behalf of the National Laboratory Certification Program (NLCP). He is a nationally known board certified toxicologist with over 20 years experience in drug testing. He is board certified by the American Board of Forensic Toxicology (ABFT ) and the American Board of Clinical Chemistry (ABCC) with a subspecialty in toxicology. He has published 30 peer-reviewed articles, 13 book chapters and 2 books throughout his career.
