Professional Assistance Program Compliance

We believe that drug and alcohol testing is very personal and therefore requires personalized attention. NTS provides a strictly confidential monitoring program for Professional Assistance Program Compliance. The program provides a means of accountability both to the advocacy group and the individual participant in the program. Participants are selected at random for testing with the frequency of testing customized to the individual. Participants call in to a toll free number each day to see if they have or have not been selected for a test that day. The system date and time stamps the call for compliance documentation. The testing can be individualized and customized to each participant. Collection sites are individualized to each participant to save time in the collection process. Reports available include Missing Call Reports, No Show Reports (individual did not take the test), and Compliance Reports (Call in), Test Results. Any non-Negative Tests are immediately called.
